Meetings

We hold meetings at least twice monthly. Our meetings are traditionally held at 8:30 AM on the first and third Saturday of every month, although we sometimes hold additional meetings and events. To keep up with the latest developments and changes to our Meetings, please refer to our Meetup Group! Signing up is easy and you'll always know when and where our meetings will be.

Please join us at our next meeting on February 4th, 2012 at 8:30 AM. The Tidewater Libertarian Party will be having our monthly general meeting. As always, all are welcome - feel free to bring friends.

News

January 11th, 2012 - The TLP unanimously endorsed a resolution supporting the eminent domail consitutional amendment coming before the 2012 session of the Virginia General Assembly. If passed, this additional protection of private property rights legislation will go before Virginian voters on a November 2012 referendum. See the resolution - here.

August 12th, 2011 - A complete list of all the quotes featured in the "Quotables" section is now featured by clicking on the word "Quotables".

July 16th, 2011 - The website Death by 1000 Papercuts (DBKP) has put out an update to their report on the top 50 libertarian websites.

November 20th, 2010 - TLP is represented on the Patriot Alliance of Hampton Roads facebook group page. This group will allow all the various patriot groups in Hampton Roads to post their events to aid in avoiding overlap of the various group's events. It will also serve as a hub for discussion between the various groups and their members. To take a look click - here.

November 6th, 2010 - There was a tremendous turnout for our town hall meeting with Commonwealth of Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli. The crowd was estimated at over 200 people, with standing room only remaining. Thank you to everyone for helping to make it such a huge success.
